My husband & I attended a Lunch & Learn and shortly after we PrePlanned with D. J. He was very nice and informative. I unfortunately had to use the service sooner than expected. The exceptional service started when Kevin came to the hospital to pick up my husband after he passed. The final arrangements were made with Kevin, my family of Carrie, Jamie and Makayla. Since we had PrePlanned there were minimal details to go over. Kevin, Cindy & Wes were at church they were wonderful and so accommodating to my family. Makayla decided she wanted to carry her Papa out of church and Kevin was there to help guide her after the service was complete. We choose to have our services at our church, however their new facility is very accommodating. JoAnn did a follow up call to see how I was doing a few weeks after everything was complete. I was overwhelmed with joy to know that I mattered. I did also have interaction with Renee and Casey. Kevin & Cindy are very blessed with such a wonderful staff. I received many compIiments on how well everything was handled. I am very happy that we choose Pagenkopf to take care of our final arrangements.

My brother passed away unexpectedly at a young age and it was very overwhelming. I had the honor of assisting my parents with arrangements and I hope to never have to do that again in the near future. The experience was great but clearly not something you want to be apart of. Pagenkopf was AMAZING to work with. I can't even begin to express my gratitude for all their help. From the obituary to the service leaflets and beyond. I can't even begin to describe the amount of emails I sent to them (Yvett) that were answered timely and compassionately. They ironed my brothers clothes and made sure he was presented as we wanted, they let me stop in to request certain things for my parents and just supported us during this terrible and difficult time. They even did a headcount at the service to prepare the staff at the luncheon on how many people were more then likely going to be there! I can't say enough... Thank you!!

My daughter Ellyn passed from Covid 19 on November 2, 2020, in Oconomowoc. Due to Covid 19, the services provided were few, but they were all performed with care, concern, and dignity. No one should have a child predecease them, but the staff at Pagenkopf could not have been more gentle and sympathetic. They made the unbearable, bearable.

Planning a funeral for a loved one is hard enough. But when you're suddenly and unexpectedly tasked with doing it for your 22 year old child, its an entirely different story. I was so devastated, but knew I wanted Pagenkopf because they are good people. Renee was so kind and thoughtful. She made everything I wanted come together, and walked me through everything. In a devastating situation, Renee was really my light.

When my father was sent to hospice, I reached out to Pagenkopf Funeral Home for guidance. From that first phone call on through my dad’s burial, the staff was knowledgeable and comforting. When I had questions, they got back to me right away. They were supportive and flexible - making sure that our wishes were met. They were upfront about the different options and costs. They recommended Wes Werner as our clergy and we couldn’t have been happier. He was just a wonderful person to work with and really got to know who my dad was before the service. Pagenkopf helped turn a sad day into a beautiful one, and for that I will be forever grateful.

My brothers and I want to thank you and your team again for the excellent assistance in coordinating our mother’s cremation and funeral service earlier this year. We were shocked and devastated by her passing, and found ourselves ill-prepared to plan this event. Kevin walked us through each step of process, patiently answered our questions, listened to our suggestions, and guided us each step of the way until every detail was finalized. Thank you and everyone on your team for your sensitivity and tact during a very difficult time. We also appreciated the kind gestures and touches. Everyone was very understanding, sincere and dignified in their dealings. On behalf of my brothers and our families, I would like express our gratitude to all those involved in making the memorial service run so smoothly. We received so many compliments from relatives and friends that even my aunt in Gustavus, Alaska (who was unable to attend) called myself and each of my four brothers to share the amazing feedback that she heard. This funeral home couldn't have made the most difficult time in my life any easier. Our daughter passed away at birth and the unknown of what to do when planning a baby's funeral was uncomfortable for me but Cindy knew just how to speak with me so that I understood what to expect. We hired Wes to help out at the visitation and service. Wes kept me on track and focused during the service and like Cindy, he told me what to expect and recommended ways to go about it. I am so pleased with their services.

My mother had a bad fall and as a result she passed away. She was unconscious in hospice for over two weeks and was badly physically injured. Her wish was to have an open casket but the family thought that wasn’t possible with her injuries. But Mr Collopy made her look absolutely wonderful. At the last minute our family decided she should be viewed. We were amazed. Working with Kevin and the rest of the staff was an awesome experience. They made everything so easy and we were comforted by their kindness and professionalism. Thank you!
