Thomas Walter Van Pietersom

Thomas W. Van Pietersom, age 85 passed away peacefully on Sunday, May 4, 2025. Thomas is survived by Darlene Van Pietersom (nee Behlke) his wife of 46 years, daughter Julie Van Pietersom (Mark Rajnicek), son Jim (Naomi) Van Pietersom, grandchildren Nicole (Matt) Bock,Tiffany (Ron) Novak, Jason Van Pietersom, Matthew Van Pietersom, Libby (Tom) Wright, Jonah (Naomi) Van Pietersom, Eli Van Pietersom, Grace (Calab) Buckman and twelve great grandchildren, sister CarolO’Connell, brother-in-law Joe (Lily) Behlke, along with other relatives, nieces and nephews. 

Thomas is preceded in death by his parents James and Janet Van Pietersom, brother James (Binky) Van Pietersom, son Tim Van Pietersom, daughter-in-law Sue Van Pietersom, mother-in-law Louise Behlke, brother-in-law David O’Connell and brother-in-law Don Behlke. 

Thomas retired from the Falk Corporation. He had a great sense of humor and loved to play practical jokes. He liked to golf, fish and working with his hands. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends, but what he enjoyed the most was living up north at his cabin.
