Shirley Gelhar

Shirley Lois Gelhar, age 81, of Pewaukee, entered the House of the Lord on Monday, March 14, 2011. Shirley is survived by her husband Gerald L. Gelhar, children Marty (Louise) Meyer, David (CeCe) Meyer, Linda (Mike) Rankin and Mary (Tom) Vrabel, sister-in-law Pat Schmidt, grandchildren Andrew and Eric Meyer, Nathan, Jade and Asia Meyer, Christopher Cassidy, Jacob and Logan Rankin, Jason, Brittany, Steven and Jared Vrabel, great grandchildren Parker, Joslin and Dexter, along with other relatives and friends. Shirley was preceded in death by her son Steven Gelhar, grandson Paul Meyer, granddaughter Ramona Meyer, brother Robert Schmidt and sister Ellen Rochol. Funeral services for Shirley will be held on Saturday, March 19, 2011 at Christ the King Lutheran Church in Delafield, WI at 12:00 p.m. Visitation for family and friends will be held at the church from 10:00 a.m. until time of service. Memorials are suggested to Christ the King Lutheran Church. The family would like to thank the physicians and staff at the Aurora Health Center of Summit for their compassionate care of Shirley.
