Scott Daniel Weske

Scott Daniel Weske, age 50, passed away unexpectedly on July 5, 2026, after facing significant health challenges with remarkable courage and grace.

Scott's greatest joy and proudest accomplishment was being a father to his children, Addison and Blake, and he deeply valued every opportunity to encourage, support, and love them.

Scott is preceded in death by his father, Richard Weske, and is survived by his mother, Kathleen Dalgren; his children, Addison (Sawyer) Noah, and Blake Weske; his former wife and friend, Jenny Weske; his siblings, Rick Weske, Jennifer (Brian) Vandenplas, and Tim (Kelly) Weske; along with many extended family members and dear friends whose lives were enriched by knowing him.

Scott found peace and happiness in the outdoors. Whether camping, fishing, or simply enjoying the beauty of nature, he felt most at home surrounded by the natural world. He had a gift for nurturing living things, from the many indoor plants he cared for to the gardens he cultivated. In recent months, he created several flower beds at his assisted living residence so that fellow residents and visitors could enjoy their beauty—a lasting reflection of his generous spirit and desire to brighten the lives of others.

Scott will be remembered for his loving heart, quiet strength, and for his generous spirit. His legacy lives on in the lives he touched, the friendships he built, the beauty he cultivated, and the love he so freely gave. Though his passing came far too soon, the love he shared and his gratitude for even the simplest pleasures in life, will remain a source of comfort and inspiration to all who had the privilege of knowing him.

A visitation to celebrate Scott's life will take place on Thursday, July 16, 2026 at Pagenkopf Funeral Home (2228 N. Silver Maple Lane, Oconomowoc, WI 53066) from 9:00-10:30am. Following the visitation, a Mass will be held at St. Jerome Catholic Church (995 S. Silver Lake St, Oconomowoc, WI 53066) at 11:00am.
