Patricia Kowalczyk

Patricia Kowalczyk, born on January 13, 1941 to her loving parents Dorothy and Ray Nevins in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, passed away peacefully on August 10, 2025, in Dousman, Wisconsin, at the age of 84.

Patricia, known to many as Pat, was the beloved wife of the late Frank Kowalczyk and a devoted mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend.

She is lovingly remembered by her daughters Karen Falk (Tom), Linda Hofstetter (Jim), and Jane Dake (Larry); her son Joe Kowalczyk (Jill); and her cherished grandchildren: Michael Falk (Lauren), Amy Falk, Pete McCool (Janice), Anthony Dake (Jaymi), Matthew Dake (Felisha), Nathan Kowalczyk (Courtney), and Megan Filbert (Lucas). Pat’s legacy continues through her great-grandchildren: Jordan Falk; Jasmine McCool, Jonah McCool, Jianna McCool, and Jayden McCool; Payton Dake and Bennett Dake; Brooks Kowalczyk and Holston Kowalczyk; and Oliver Filbert. She is also survived by her sister Mary Bennett and her sister-in-law and life-long best friend Terry Henrichs.

Pat was deeply grateful for the care she received from the dedicated staff at Three Pillars – Compass Point. Their compassion and support brought comfort to her later years. She also found joy in the friendships she formed within this special community.

A funeral service will be held to honor Patricia’s life at St. Bruno’s Catholic Church on Thursday, August 21, 2025, with a visitation starting at 9:00 AM until time of Mass at 11:00 AM
