Patricia Elaine Hoeft, beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, teacher, and coach, passed away from complications of Alzheimer’s, leaving behind a legacy of dedication, motivation, and inspiration. Patricia devoted her life to education, shaping countless young minds over her 30+ year teaching career. Her passion for teaching, love for the arts, and unwavering support as a coach positively affected generations of families. Known for her strength, encouragement, and ability to bring out the best in her students and athletes, she touched the lives of many in her community. Her commitment to education and mentorship will be remembered by all who had the privilege to know her.

Patricia was preceded in death by her dearest husband Jerome, brother Richard, and grandson Matthew. Patricia is survived by her loving family: her brother Roger, her children, Scott (Debra), Jeffrey (Sarah), Erich (Geri), and grandchildren, Amanda (Jorge), Andrew (Felicia), Timothy (Santasha), Daniel (Scott), Alexander, Anna, Adam, Isaac, Lukas, Elijah, and great-grandchildren, Amado, Olivia, and Aiden, who will cherish their Mimi's memory and the lessons she imparted.

A service will be held to celebrate Patricia's remarkable life and contributions. Her family invites friends, former students, and colleagues to join in honoring Patricia’s enduring legacy as a teacher, coach, and cherished mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.

A funeral for Patricia will held on Monday, May 12, 2025, at 5:00 PM with a visitation for family and friends starting at 3:00 PM until the time of service, all to take place at Holy Trinity Church in Okauchee.
