Norman M. Hanson

Norman M. Hanson, age 76, of Wales, WI, passed away peacefully in his sleep on Friday, February 1, 2019. He is survived by his daughter Stephanie Hanson (Maxime Weltzer); his brothers Martin (Meta) Hanson and Marvin (Masako) Hanson; nieces and nephews and many more family and friends. Norm is proceeded in death by his wife of 50 years, Susan Hanson and his daughter Stacy Hanson. Norm was a UW Madison graduate with a degree in Civil Engineering. He retired from the Wisconsin Gas Company after 37 dedicated years. Norm was also a Wisconsin Packers, Badgers and Brewers fan and never missed a game. Most importantly he was a loving and loyal husband, father and brother; he will be missed by his family and many friends. Services will be held at Pagenkopf Funeral Home (1165 E Summit Ave, Oconomowoc) on Friday, February 8, 2019. A visitation will be held from 11:30 until time of service at 1 pm. A burial will follow the service at Salem Cemetery in Wales, Wisconsin.
