Marjorie Sue Balint

Marjorie Sue Balint “Marjie,” age 82, peacefully passed away on August 18th, 2026 with her husband by her side. Marjie was born in Riverside, Illinois on November 11th, 1943, to Alexander and Edith Wilson.

Marjie is survived by her loving husband of 53 years, Joe, and many other family and friends.

Preceded in death by her sister Dian, her parents Alexander and Edith, and her best friend of many years Martha.

Marjie spent her free time in her garden, tending to the perennials she had planted years previously. When she wasn’t in her garden, you could find her reading a cozy mystery near a sunny window. Marjie and Joe enjoyed traveling the United States, Canada, and Great Britain together by train.

The family would like to thank the skilled staff of MCHR at Three Pillers, they were absolutely wonderful in the care and attention they gave to Marjie.
