Julianne C. Kemmer passed away peacefully with her family at her side on October 26, 2016 at the age of 77. She is the wife of the late love of her life Donald. Loving mom of Sheri Popp and Lori (Mike) Uibel. Loving grandma of Todd, Dawn and Heather. Dear great grandma of Brionna, Madelyn, Kayleigh and Alex. Dear aunt of Wendy. She is also survived by a host of friends. A private service will be held at a later date.
