Jeffrey "Jr" A. Polensky Jr.

Jeffrey A. Polensky, Jr. age 38, of Oconomowoc, WI passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, June 30, 2018. JR is survived by his daughter Emma Polensky; his parents Jeffrey and Jill Polensky; his sister Beth (Jeremy DuCharme) Polensky, brother and best friend Ben Polensky; his nephew Charlie and niece Emberly and his grandparents Bill and Pat Polensky along with many more family and friends. A visitation for JR will be held at Pagenkopf Funeral Home (1165 E Summit Ave, Oconomowoc) on Saturday, July 7, 2018 from 11 am until 1 pm. There will not be any services, visitation only.
