Frances Eleanor Jarrett

Frances Eleanor Jarrett passed away peacefully on April 5, 2025, at the age of 83. She was born on May 11, 1941, in Detroit, Michigan to Clifford and Irene White.

Frances dedicated 20 years of her life to serving her country as an executive at the Pentagon. Her contributions were invaluable, and her work ethic and determination set a remarkable example for others. Upon retiring, Frances found joy in golfing, fishing, and boating.

Frances is survived by her sons Fred (Carol), Thomas and Craig; 7 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren; brother Frank White; along with other loving family and friends.

Frances is preceded in death by her husband Jay W. Jarrett; brother Bruce White; and her parents.

The family wishes to express their heartfelt gratitude to the staff at Lake Country Health for the compassionate care and support they provided to Frances.

A visitation will take place on Sunday, April 27, 2025 at Pagenkopf Funeral Home (NEW LOCATION: 2228 N. Silver Maple Lane, Oconomowoc, WI 53066) from 2:00pm-3:00pm with a service to follow.
