Dennis William Meyers

Dennis W. Meyers, age 69, passed away unexpectedly on May 7, 2026, at his home in Muscoda. He was born to William “Bill” and Laurie Meyers on February 14, 1957. Denny graduated from Kettle Moraine High School and went on to marry Cheri Goodman (Riemer). Though their time together ended early she was the love of his life. He grew up in Wales, WI working for the family company; Meyers Electric as well as other repair shops, eventually moving to Muscoda. He lived out the remainder of his years with his friend Vicky Cogan at his home in Muscoda.

He loved the great outdoors, hiking, fishing, and watching wildlife. He took up diving and was a member of the dive club. He loved to play his guitar and many other instruments. He had a collection of instruments he attempted to play throughout his life. He loved his time in Shell Lake with family and friends. You could always find him working in the garage on cars, trucks and his beloved Harley. He was a loving father, grandfather, brother, and son. Always willing to help anyone who needed it. 

Denny is survived by his mother Laurie; his children Greg (Jennifer) Meyers, Amy (Butch) Roehl, and Kathie Meyers. Grandchildren Evan, Camiren, Oliver, Nolan and Mason. Siblings Thomas (Helene) Meyers, Lou Ann (Dominic) Masasi, and William “Bill” (Kim) Meyers. Many nieces, nephews, and other relatives (too many to list).

Preceded in death by his father William “Bill” Meyers and Uncle James “Jim” Cable.

A private celebration of life will be held at a later date in Shell Lake.
