Carol Anne Livingston

Carol Anne Livingston (Winzenburg), age 82, passed away peacefully on December 2, 2025, in Watertown, Wisconsin. Born on January 25, 1943, in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin, Carol was the cherished daughter of Edward and Irene Winzenburg.

Carol was a devoted wife to her late husband, Terry Francis Livingston, and a loving mother to her four children: Terri Anne Livingston, John Livingston, Christine Livingston Wertz, and Jenny Livingston Greminger. She was also a proud grandmother to Amber Livingston, Tanner Livingston, Jared Wertz, Mackenzie Wertz LeDune, Makayla Wertz, and Ka'Tara Greminger. Her legacy continues through her five great-grandchildren. Carol is also survived by her siblings Darryl (Tommy) Winzenburg, Linda Schutte (Winzenburg), and Judy Laabs (Winzenburg), as well as many nieces and nephews.

Carol was predeceased by her parents Edward and Irene Winzenburg; her mother-in-law Ethel Spaeth; and her sister Nancy Follmann (Winzenburg)

A woman of deep faith and devotion as one of Jehovah's Witnesses, Carol found strength and purpose in her spiritual beliefs. Her faith guided her life and brought comfort to those around her.

Carol had a zest for life that shone brightly in everything she did. She loved music and dancing—joyful expressions that reflected her vibrant spirit. Above all else, she treasured time spent with family and friends. Her warmth and kindness were evident in the smile she always shared with the everyone.

Carol’s memory will be forever cherished by those who knew her. May the love she gave so freely continue to inspire all whose lives she touched. A Memorial Gathering will be held on March 21, 2026, from 01:00 PM to 03:00 PM at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses 38230 Valley Road.
