Byron J. Johnson, 48 of Watertown, passed away peacefully at home with his family and friends by his side on Monday, October 13, 2014. Byron is survived by his siblings Joan Johnson, Bev. (Mark) Stiemke, Corinna (Chris) Baumann and Paul Johnson, nieces and nephews Alyssa Stiemke, Iris Johnson, Samantha Stiemke, Krysta Stiemke and Reece Baumann, special friends Hans (Debra) Christensen and their children T.J. and Travis Christensen. Byron is preceded in death by his parents Byron and Mae Johnson. Byron was an avid fan of the Green Bay Packers and Wisconsin Badgers. He enjoyed classic movies, music, especially Bruce Springsteen, history, good food and cooking and spending time with his family and friends. Funeral mass for Byron will be held at St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church, 120 Nashotah Road in Nashotah on Saturday, October 18, 2014 at 11:00 AM. Visitation will be from 10:00 AM until the time of the service, all to be held at the church. In lieu of flowers, memorials in Byron's name can be made to the family.
