Bridget "Bea" Moore

Bridget (Bea) Moore (nee Bohen), age 102, passed away peacefully at home on March 12, 2026. Bridget was born May 9, 1923 in Mauston to parents Tom and Rose Bohen.

Bridget is survived by her son James (Janice) Moore, as well as four grandsons: Jason and Mark Moore and Barron and Ben and their families; three great-grandchildren and many other relatives and friends.

Bridget was preceded in death by her husband Allan of 41 years; her son John T. (Michelle) Moore; her parents; and siblings Sylvester (Doris) Bohen, Kenny (Doris) Bohen; two half sisters Anna Marie (Daniel) Nold and Patricia (Edward) Braatz; brother-in-law and sister-in-law Asher and Doris Moore and Emron and Mary Robel.

Bea was a member of the Forever Young Club of Ashippun and enjoyed playing cards with her friends two to three times a week. Euchre 500 and especially sheepshead were card games she liked. She had a favorite saying when she got a card trick, “that was a gooder one.”

The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Kelly for the compassionate care of Bea.

A private burial service will take place at St. Catherine of Alexandria Catholic Cemetery in Mapleton.
