Archie A. Badura Our beautiful son, Archie Andrew Badura of Oconomowoc, WI, was called home to rest into the loving arms of Jesus on Thursday, May 15th, 2014. Archie was adored by his parents Andy and Lauri Badura, and devoted brother, Augie. Archie was born on November 16th, 1994. He was a 2013 graduate of Oconomowoc High School. Archie touched the lives of so many with his huge compassionate heart, his wonderful sense of humor, warm smile, and gentle ease. His spirit of laughter and love will be missed by his family, and St. Joan of Arc Parish Family, especially his inspirational priest and mentor, Father Michael Strachota. He will be deeply missed by grandparents Pat McHugh, of Naples, FL. Joan Badura of Ashippun, and Robert and Maria Badura of Wauwatosa. He was blessed to be surrounded and loved by a large family of 17 aunties, uncles and 22 cousins. Funeral mass for Archie will be held at St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church in Nashotah on Tuesday, May 20, 2014 at 7:00 PM. A visitation for family and friends will be from 4:00pm until the time of the mass, all to be held at the church. Following the mass, there will be a bonfire on the parish property in Archie's memory. Archie will be laid to rest beside his Grandfather Archie H. McHugh, at St. Joan of Arc Cemetery, Wednesday, May 21st at 10:00 AM. Immediately following the burial, all are welcome to an open house in celebration of Archie's life at the residence of Aunt Scotti & Uncle Charlie Keepman, 3128 North Interlaken Drive, Oconomowoc, WI, from 11:00 AM until 3:00 PM In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Archie Badura’s name to the Addiction Resource Council Inc. 741 N. Grand Ave. #300 Waukesha, WI 53186 for the Saving Others for Archie Fund. Also, Wednesday evening, the family will be celebrating a Confirmation Mass for Archie's little brother, Augie Badura later that evening at St. Catherine of Alexandria Catholic Church in Mapleton beginning at 7:00 PM. The Badura Family would like to thank everyone for their heartfelt thoughts and prayers and especially now needed for Archie’s cousin Michael Micky Dean.
