Malcolm Hugh Chatfield, lifelong resident of Oconomowoc, passed away on October 21, 2012 at AngelsGrace Hospice at the age of 80. Malcolm is survived by his loving wife Shirley Ann Chatfield (nee Neitzel), children Gayle Chatfield Mack, Kaye (Terry) Holifield and Todd (Janine) Chatfield, grandchildren Laurel (Tyler) Reece, Kaitlyn Mack, Luke Holifield, Tasha Holifield and Erik Van Den Heuvel, along with other relatives and friends. Malcolm was preceded in death by his parents. A Memorial Service for Malcolm will be on Saturday, October 27, 2012 at Dr. Martin Luther Church in Oconomowoc, at 1:00 p.m. Visitation for family and friends will be held at the church from 12:00 p.m. until time of service. Malcolm will be laid to rest at LaBelle Cemetery at a later date. Memorials are suggested to Oconomowoc Memorial Cancer Clinic, AngelsGrace or Dr. Martin Luther Church. Malcolm was a loving husband and father, who loved spending time with his family. He was a true craftsman, running the family plastering business for over 50 years along side his father Leslie and his son Todd. He was an avid outdoorsman and took pleasure in hunting and fishing. Malcolm had a passion for sports both as a participant and a fan. He was a talented athlete who excelled at multiple sports. He will be deeply missed by all who loved him. The family would like to thank Dr. Hansen and the wonderful staff at the Oconomowoc Cancer Clinic. A special thank you to AngelsGrace for the care and compassion that was given to Malcolm during his final days.
